How does it work?


At Facebookie their are two ways to play our unique sports betting game. The first is similar to standard betting, with users betting on set parameters at fixed odds.

You can find all available bets on the home page via the side bar and the relevant sub sections. All bets are listed with bets ending most soon at the top. The second and revolutionary way is to become the bookie and be the one offering the odds. Simply click 'create bet' and write the parameters of your sporting bet, for example Man United to win the league 2008/2009, then choose the odds you will be offering, as well as which sub section your bet will appear in.

You can then choose to offer these odds and parameters privately to a user or advertise on a public page. Odds can also be offered privately via other members profiles. If you choose to advertise the odds you have the option to set the amount of bets you will take and/or the minimum and maximum amount you would be willing to accept from each user.
